To find out about me, then go to ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small} nekomiaoJournal Detail This journal is going to be updated daily (or as often as daily that I can manage) Each entry will be under an LJ cut so anybody who has friended this journal isn't forced to read every mundane entry that I write. It will be structured. At the beginning of every month I will do another weigh and check on myself to see if anything has changed. I will however not be discouraged if nothing has changed, I really have to persist and stick with my routine this time around. Rules 1. Only one junk food item per day. $5 a week will be set aside and this shall accumulate so the longer I wait, the more money I can spend. 2. Only one sweet drink per week. This should increase my intake of water. 3. Be completely honest with myself, no sugar coating or being optimistic...scientific and honest. 4. Stick to the routine. Breaking the routine shall result in bans and punishments. (More reps or something...like Rock Lee's punishments...only not so ...spastic) 5. Whenever eating out always opt for the most healthy alternative but eat all meals. That's 3 meals a day or 6 tiny meals a day. Each Entry Will Contain: 1. a structured list of everything I should have done - crossed out when I have done them 2. punishments as needed. 3. A good thing about my day 4. A bad thing about my day 5. Something inspirational if I have anything to say (a quote or something I hear) 6. A memory of the day I want to remember 7. A memory of my past that needs to be written down (good or bad) | |||||
